The internet gave us the name and address of Tim's real estate company.  Our letter inquiring about a house for rent while looking for a home in Ventura County was answered by Tim Hall.  After several telephone calls with Mr. Hall, arrangements were made.  When the van with our furniture arrived ahead of us, prior arrangements (with Tim) had the house open to receive it.  When we reached Tim's office on September 21, Tim guided us to the house in Oxnard.  We told him we wanted to explore the county and would call him when we were ready to house hunt.  He respected this 100% for the week we were exploring.  Quite a number of people were involved moving us from Lincoln County, Maine to California, but Tim Hall found us two homes.  We liked him and his friendly and gracious manner.

I purchased a condominium in July with the assistance of Tim Hall.  When I began looking at homes, I went on the internet and found a listing of Tim's that had just closed escrow.  I contacted him regarding the property and he advised me of the status, but offered to show me some others that were very comparable in location, price range and size.  He evaluated my financial status, in regards to loan approval, and begun to generate properties of interest to consider.  During all of this time, I asked him many questions about what to expect from the process of home buying as I was doing this for the first time.  He always gave me a detailed answer and his cell phone number to reach him at any time with additional questions.  He always promptly returned my phone calls and was very flexible in working around my schedule to show me properties and generate required information.  Within 2 weeks, I found the property I wanted and Tim worked all weekend preparing my offer and assuring that the seller would approve it.  He worked diligently to keep our timeline required by the seller and make certain that all necessary papers were completed as nesessary.

In concluding, I would like to say that a process that I was very worried about went as smoothly and painlessly as possible.  This was in no uncertain terms was a result of the patience and hard work that Tim delivered on my behalf.
